Phil Mulder, is a principal and co-founder of Lagestee-Mulder who has been instrumental in the growth of the company's construction division, and serves as its President. Under Phil’s leadership the company has completed over $300 million in construction projects in all asset classes including senior care, multifamily residential, office, industrial and retail.
