Biography:

As Vice President, Ms. Lampert performs the internal analysis and financial reporting functions for LM investments. Her role encompasses all aspects of investment acquisition, disposition, and refinance activity including acquisition underwriting, due diligence and return forecasting. Additionally, Ms. Lampert oversees the accounting and financial reporting for company assets.

Career History:

With 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate, Ms. Lampert previously worked in the Acquisitions Group at RREEF, a national commercial real estate investment and pension fund advisory firm, and was Vice President of the Valuation Group at Real Estate Research Corporation.

Education:

B.S. in Accountancy, University of Colorado, Boulder
Ms. Lampert holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Investment and Appraisal Analysis from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She is also a certified public accountant and licensed real estate managing broker in the State of Illinois.

Affiliations:

Gwen currently serves on the Leadership and Professional Development Committee for CREW, (advancing the achievements of women in commercial real estate) and is a member of both the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and the Illinois CPA Society.
